The Course Lecturers

Stress is something that Bob had to deal with daily in his life as a professional athlete. He learned to use stress to perform at his highest level on the ice but had no skills to manage his stress in his regular life.

This course was developed as Bob realized that this was the cause of most of the imbalance in people’s lives. Stress is the #1 killer of people in the World. It is our ignorance of what stress is, why we experience it, and most importantly, how to use it to become better in our lives.

We begin the adventure with a basic introduction to the definition of stress. The personal side of this is where it starts to get your attention that something may be off a bit. Stress effects can begin to show, both positive and negative.

This first lesson gets down to the basics. A clear understanding is required to begin the education process. We strive to ensure that you fully understand what we are sharing.

It is a lot of valuable information. We have made the videos short and each lesson finishes with an assignment. Most often a reflection exercise.

An introduction to best practices and ideas of what you should be doing if you identified with any issues discussed in the first lesson.

This is an impactful session that will create some aha moments for you with the realization that you can overcome some of the things that you may have previously struggled with.

Please take the PSS stress test. This will give you an idea of how you are managing your own stress levels.
