The Environment is Everything

Leadership stems from the ability of a person to show others how to achieve success because that is what they do. Success is simply defined in the dictionary as the achievement of ones goals.

In order to be a successful leader you must have a strong skillset in how you manage yourself in all situations and in ALL areas of your life.

It is about having balance, processes, strategies, and awareness in all aspects of your life. When we possess these skills, our leadership will have a significant impact on those we lead.

Leadership all stems from who you are as a person, your values and beliefs, you character, time management and wellness. What you are is what they will become.

Step 3

We sign the agreement, book the dates and begin the program.

Our goal is to make the process easy for you as we know you are busy.

Building a new toolkit

To be able to feel successful, calm, confident and getting others to feel the same way requires a strong toolkit.

Our program provides tools in each course. This is where I Got Mind differs from others programs. We spend a great deal of time sharing new tools, and practicing using the tools provided in your own life.

The goal of the program is to help you not only develop new tools but “How To” use them in your daily life.

“You can have all of the tools in the world, but if you do not believe in yourself and how the tools can be implemented, its is just another box of stuff.”

Are you prepared to walk a different path?

The decision to take action can be a difficult one to make. Not taking action is also a decision.

It is imperative that you are ready to help yourself. This is called “healthy dissatisfaction”. When we have had enough of what is not working is the only time we can move forward.

This program requires individuals who are filled with healthy dissatisfaction. Together we will learn, inspire and act in new ways in the pursuit of new success in our lives.

“In order to go where you have not gone, you must do what you have not done”.

The Power of a Team

Over the last eighteen years we have learned that group learning is much more powerful than individual learning.

Our learning model consists of have groups of learners, frequency of sessions, self-directed learning, online videos and workbooks to ensure that the proper skills can be developed.

This process creates accountability, shares new perspectives, and ensures growth for each participant.

“Individual commitment to a group effort – that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilization work”.

The Program

The program is 46 weeks in length.

Group sessions are every two weeks and will be facilitated by an IGM Facilitator.

You will have a total of 12 hours of 1-1 coaching through the program.

You will have over 40 hours of facilitated group conversations.

You will invest 40+ hours of self-directed learning and reflection.

You will have access to our time management system, journaling workbook and self-directed online learning courses.

The total time you must be willing to invest is 90 hours over the 46 weeks. It averages 2.5 hours per week.

“An investment in knowledge provides the best returns”.

Without continual growth and progress, such words as improvement, achievement, and success have no meaning.
