All The Info You Need To Know About The Course

Learn about the different types of stress. How is it that some stress weighs us down and some can propel us towards greatness. The key is in understanding how to manage the good and the not-so-good. Great conversation and emotional learning.

According to the World Health Organization, mental wellness is defined as “a state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community.”

Becoming educated on stress will benefit your mental wellness in ways you never imagined. A mentally well athlete is able to sustain a high level of performance and passion for their sport.

The common stress response is anxiety, uncontrolled emotions, negative habit formation, and damaging communication. All of which has a negative impact on performance, overall wellbeing, development and can have damaging long term effects on mental health.

We will help you improve your mental performance and wellness through an in-depth understanding of stress along with new skills to manage it. This course will help you understand the role of stress in your life.

This first part is to get it down to the basics. A clear understanding is required to begin the education process. We strive to ensure that you fully understand what we are sharing.

It is a lot of valuable information. We have made the videos short and each lesson finishes with an assignment. Most times it is reflection exercises.

An introduction to best practices and ideas of what you should be doing if you identified with any issues discussed in the first lesson.

This is an impactful session that will create some aha moments and that you can overcome some of the things that you may have struggled with.
