Overview

The imagination is a very powerful tool that we all possess. However, it is something that most of us don’t understand how to control.

When we think about things, our minds can be overactive. We think about the unknown, the past pain and then create all sorts of troubling outcomes.

One of my teachers Dr. Wayne Dyer stated, “There is no such thing on this planet that is stress, there is only stressful thinking.” A powerful and true statement.

It is us who create the stress, we blame it on others, but it is our imagination at work. Creating what we are imagining so much in our lives.

In this lesson you will see how quickly what seems to be unclear or confusing, can become crystal clear. When we use this powerful mental muscle properly, you will be amazed at what starts to transpire.
