Welcome to I Got Mind. We are excited to have you join our Tribe. Since 2008 we have been supporting teams throughout North America learn how to reach their optimal performance. This is achieved through education and conversation.
U18. Fire Red Membership
On your journey, you will need to learn many things. You will be experiencing things you have not before, it can cause confusion and frustration. When you learn what you are feeling and know why you are feeling in a certain way, you can now use these new tools to manage your self towards the success you desire.
We have learned at I Got Mind that when we are passionate about learning, we develop skills to help us navigate the challenges as they reveal themselves.
Having access to this content will help you in many ways. Take it seriously, do all of the work and it will enhance your skill set as an athlete and as a person.
What to expect from the training.
Kick-off Meeting
Introduction Session - COMPLETED
We will meet in person to discuss the 4 stages of team development with the presentation called Team Dynamics.
Self-Directed Learning
2 - Online Courses (late Oct & Jan 2023)
You will gain access to our award-winning content. It is accessible via desktop, tablet or phone for ease of use. Plan to spend 45 minutes per lesson.
Facilitated Sessions
Guided Conversations
You will have two 1 hour reviews with an IGM Facilitator to review each lesson in the course. These discussions are extremely valuable and you will deepen your understanding of the content you are learning.

Below is an option to join the group membership. Once you have completed registration you will be redirected to your Learning Dashboard where you will have access to your online courses.
We have built an extensive Learning Management System. It will track your progress through each lesson. There will be assignments and quizzes for you to complete. We have built it this way to maximize learning. It also creates accountability as we track who is committed to becoming a valuable member of the team.

This area is desginated for the members of the U18 Fire Red Team. It does include parents, coaches and athletes. When you register please make sure to use your own email, do not use your parents as this will create an improper user and often causes issues when logging in. The content is designed to help you improve. Which way will you will improve is up to you and how you learn and use the skills and ideas provided. I learned on my journey, if I was going to get better, it was up to me. Enjoy the content, we hope you enjoy.
