Click the Join button at the bottom of this page, and you will be redirected to another page where you will create your own learning profile and enter the code you were provided to gain access to the curriculum.

The first step is to enter your email and create a password

Then on the right, you will see an area that asks you to enter the code. Use the one provided to you in an email you received from your administrator.

Enter the code and you will see that the amount will read $0.

Finally, click the complete purchase button. This is critically important to complete the transaction.

Once you complete the purchase, the system will direct you to your learning dashboard

Click and you can begin doing the first lesson.

The expectation is that you will have completed the lesson and assignment before each of the scheduled meetings.

Welcome to I Got Mind. We are excited to have you join our Tribe. Since 2008 we have been supporting teams throughout North America learn how to reach their optimal performance. This is achieved through education and conversation.
What to expect from the training.
Kick-off Meeting
Introduction Session
We will meet via Zoom for 1 hour and you will be introduced to IGM, the program, and discuss the expectations.
Self-Directed Learning
Online Course
You will gain access to our award-winning content. It is accessible via desktop, tablet or phone for ease of use. Plan to spend 45 minutes per lesson.
Facilitated Sessions
Guided Conversations
You will have two 1 hour reviews with an IGM Facilitator to review each lesson in the course. These discussions are extremely valuable and you will deepen your understanding of the content you are learning.

Your guide will be IGM President Bob Wilkie. Bob has been working with teams for over 15 years. His experience as a former NHL hockey player, author, and entrepreneur allow him to support you in your learning of this valuable information.
Bob will host all sessions and guide all conversations.
How To Begin Your Journey
Below is an option to join the group membership. Once you have completed registration you will be redirected to your Learning Dashboard where you will have access to the online course.
We have built an extensive Learning Management System. It will track your progress through each lesson. There will be assignments and quizzes for you to complete. We have built it this way to maximize learning. It also creates accountability as we track who is committed to becoming a valuable member of the team.
The company is investing in you, it is a fair expectations that you will invest in yourself by completing the entire course.
You will enter your email and create a password so you can log in. On the right hand side of the page it will ask if you have a coupon, your administrator will have sent the code to you in our intoduction email. When you enter the code you will see the cost move to FREE.
Make sure to complete the purchase, you will not be asked for any payment information.
You will then be redirected to your Learning Dashboard where you will have access to the course and you can begin.
