In order to find our true selves we must know ourselves intimately. We must look at the good and the bad, what works and what does not. The first step in the program is to create personal awareness of our tendencies and we do this Via a psychometric assessment.

Online Courses
You will gain access to our award-winning content. It is accessible via desktop, tablet or phone for ease of use.
The course content includes seven different courses you will have access to.
Facilitated Sessions
Guided Conversations
You will have two 1 hour reviews with an IGM Facilitator to review each lesson in the course. These discussions are extremely valuable and you will deepen your understanding of the content you are learning.

Your guide will be IGM President Bob Wilkie. Bob has been working with teams for over 15 years. His experience as a former NHL hockey player, author, and entrepreneur allow him to support you in your learning of this valuable information.
Bob will host all sessions and guide all conversations.

We have built an extensive Learning Management System. It will track your progress through each lesson. There will be assignments and quizzes for you to complete. We have built it this way to maximize learning. It also creates accountability as we track who is committed to becoming a valuable member of the team.
