What to expect from the training.

Commitment

Self-Assessment

If you agree to participate, you will begin with a stress assessment. There will several opportunities to assess and learn.
It takes your commitment to yourself. The question is, are you ready?

Self-Directed Learning

Online Course

You will gain access to our award-winning content. It is accessible via desktop, tablet or phone for ease of use. Plan to spend 45 minutes per lesson.

Facilitated Sessions

Guided Conversations

You will have two 1 hour reviews with an IGM Facilitator to review each lesson in the course. These discussions are extremely valuable and you will deepen your understanding of the content you are learning.

I want to participate in the Understanding Stress Course.

As described in the video, this is optional training. For it to be effective for all participants, we require people who are going to do the work that is expected and participate in the group conversations.

If you feel at this time you are too busy or have a good handle on your stress management we appreciate your honesty in not attending.

A valuable part of a healthy culture is being able to be honest and not feel judged when you make decisions. This is good practice.
