Why we struggle with our wellness

We have found in our 15 + years of working with teams that many individuals do not know why they struggle with stress, anxiety or depression.
In this session we shed light on the mental health issues we see in society and help create an understanding of why we could experience these issues.
1.5 hours of education on Zoom.

The Importance of Emotional Comeptence

As human beings we experience hundreds of emotions daily. We have found that individuals are unaware of all of these emotions and what they cause for us.
In the workplace, the mixture of these emotions are what lead to toxic cultures, inappropriate behaviour, excessive stress and poor performance.
1.5 hours of education on Zoom.

The 4 Pillars of a Successful Culture

We have found that successful teams possess the four pillars we discuss in this part of the course. The four pillars are Respect, Trust, Patience, and Integrity.
These four characteristics must be exhibited by the leadership in order for the team to take on these traits.
A successful culture that possesses these traits will see enhanced productivity, less stress and anxiety and each team member will feel they are a part of something special.
2 hours of education on Zoom.
