Your guide will be IGM President Bob Wilkie. Bob has been working with teams for over 18 years. His experience as a former NHL hockey player, author, and entrepreneur allow him to support you in your learning of this valuable information.
Bob has supported teams in all industry and size. His knowledge of human behaviour and team development come from a lifetime of actual life experiences.

James Beebe is as seasoned of a vert as you will find. James recently retired after 30 + years in the golf industry.
His experience of working his way up the ladder, the ups and down of leadership and finding his sweet spot will amplify your opportunity to learn real world skills that will enhance your abilities and results.
How To Begin Your Journey
Below is an option to join the group membership. Once you have completed registration you will be redirected to your Learning Dashboard where you will have access to the online course.
We have built an extensive Learning Management System. It will track your progress through each lesson. There will be assignments and quizzes for you to complete. We have built it this way to maximize learning. It also creates accountability as we track who is committed to becoming a valuable member of the team.
The company is investing in you, it is a fair expectations that you will invest in yourself by completing the entire course.
You will enter your email and create a password so you can log in. On the right hand side of the page it will ask if you have a coupon, your administrator will have sent the code to you in our intoduction email. When you enter the code you will see the cost move to FREE.
