Welcome to I Got Mind. We are excited to have you join our Tribe. Since 2008 we have been supporting teams throughout North America learn how to reach their optimal performance. This is achieved through education and conversation.
We are excited to offer this opportunity for learning and growth. After several planning sessions to provide education, it was decided that you have the choice to participate in learning about Stress.
Stress is a major contributor to mental and physical health issues and these issues continue to grow in society.
What to expect from the training.
The Begining
Self Assessment
You will be asked to take a short self assessment. This is to create personal awareness of your own stress levels.
Self-Directed Learning
Online Course
You will gain access to our award-winning content. It is accessible via desktop, tablet or phone for ease of use. Plan to spend 45 minutes per lesson.
Facilitated Sessions
Guided Conversations
You will have two sessions with the IGM Team of Facilitators to review each lesson in the course. These discussions are extremely valuable and you will deepen your understanding of the content you are learning.

How To Begin Your Journey
Below is an option to join the group membership. Once you have completed registration you will be redirected to your Learning Dashboard where you will have access to the online course.
We have built an extensive Learning Management System. It will track your progress through each lesson. There will be assignments and quizzes for you to complete. We have built it this way to maximize learning. It also creates accountability as we track who is committed to becoming a valuable member of the team.
The company is investing in you, it is a fair expectations that you will invest in yourself by completing the entire course.
You will enter your email and create a password so you can log in. On the right hand side of the page it will ask if you have a coupon, your administrator will have sent the code to you in our intoduction email. When you enter the code you will see the cost move to FREE.
Make sure to complete the purchase, you will not be asked for any payment information.
You will then be redirected to your Learning Dashboard where you will have access to the course and you can begin.
