Welcome to I Got Mind. We are excited to have you join our Tribe. Since 2008 we have been supporting teams throughout North America learn how to reach their optimal performance. This is achieved through education and conversation.
The Medicine Hat Tigers are happy to provide this valuable resource for you. The learning I Got Mind has provided can help you become the player we see.
Please take the learning seriously, pay attention, make notes and think about implementing the learning content. It will make you better, which makes us better.

Kick-off Meeting

Self-Directed Learning
Online Course
You will gain access to our award-winning content. It is accessible via desktop, tablet or phone for ease of use. Plan to spend 45 minutes per lesson.
Facilitated Sessions
Guided Conversations
You will have two 1 hour reviews with an IGM Facilitator to review each lesson in the course. These discussions are extremely valuable and you will deepen your understanding of the content you are learning.

Your guide will be IGM President Bob Wilkie. Bob has been working with teams for over 15 years. His experience as a former NHL hockey player, author, and entrepreneur allow him to support you in your learning of this valuable information.
Bob will host all sessions and guide all conversations.
How To Begin Your Journey
Below is an option to join the group membership. Once you have completed registration you will be redirected to your Learning Dashboard where you will have access to the online course.
We have built an extensive Learning Management System. It will track your progress through each lesson. There will be assignments and quizzes for you to complete. We have built it this way to maximize learning. It also creates accountability as we track who is committed to becoming a valuable member of the team.
The organization is investing in you, it is a fair expectations that you will invest in yourself by completing the entire course.
You will enter your email and create a password so you can log in.
You will create a username and password when you click enrol, if you have participated in courses in the past seasons, you can use your old log in credentials.
Make sure to complete the purchase, you will not be asked for any payment information.
You will then be redirected to your Learning Dashboard where you will have access to the course and you can begin.
