Welcome to I Got Mind. We are excited to have you join our Tribe. Since 2008 we have been supporting teams throughout North America learn how to reach their optimal performance. This is achieved through education and conversation.
On your journey, you must learn many things. You will be experiencing things you have not before, it can cause confusion and frustration.
We have learned at I Got Mind that when we are passionate about learning, we develop skills to help us navigate the challenges as they reveal themselves.
Having access to this content will help you in many ways. Take it seriously, do all of the work and it will enhance your skill-set both personally and professionally.

What to expect from the Program.
Self-Directed Learning
Online Courses
You will gain access to our award-winning content. It is accessible via desktop, tablet or phone for ease of use.
Each course consists of two lessons.
Each lesson is approximately 45 minutes in length with self-reflection assignments or quizzes.
You will receive feedback on assignment submissions from your IGM Facilitator.
By having you complete the course prior to meeting with your IGM facilitator is allows you to have a baseline knowledge of the topic of the course.
Facilitated Sessions
Guided Conversations
Each course will be supported with facilitated conversations around the content and how it is applicable to you, your teammates and the environment.
It is imperative that you have completed the lessons prior to the supporting facilitation’s so you understand and can contribute to the conversation.
These sessions provide action stops of how to implement the learning objectives, both individually and collectively.
These events bring the team together, and begin to normalize what may have been difficult or awkward conversations and keep the team moving forward to a healthier more productive culture.
Much of what you will experience is a change in mindset; the programming is designed to help you achieve a new level of awareness and connection with your peers. It is a marvellous pairing.
This is a great video describing our Game-Changer program and what we will strive for over the time we work together. Habits determine the direction, and if we can change a bit, it can significantly impact you and those around you.

Facilitators!!
Your guide will be IGM President Bob Wilkie. Bob has been working with teams for over 15 years. His experience as a former NHL hockey player, author, and entrepreneur allow him to support you in your learning of this valuable information.
Bob will host all sessions and guide all conversations.
Shawn O’Grady is our mental health clinician. Shawn has been in leadership positions throughout his career and has valuable experience.
The connection between wellness and performance has become evident as science progresses. Shawn helps provide insights that will enhance self and group awareness to produce a healthier culture.
How To Begin Your Journey
Below is an option to join the group membership. Once you have completed registration you will be redirected to your Learning Dashboard where you will have access to the online course.
We have built an extensive Learning Management System. It will track your progress through each lesson. There will be assignments and quizzes for you to complete. We have built it this way to maximize learning. It also creates accountability as we track who is committed to becoming a valuable member of the team.
You will enter your email and create a password so you can log in. On the right hand side of the page it will ask if you have a coupon, your administrator will have sent the code to you in our introduction email. When you enter the code you will see the cost move to FREE.
Make sure to complete the purchase, you will not be asked for any payment information.
You will then be redirected to your Learning Dashboard where you will have access to the course and you can begin.
