The arena of the elite athlete has changed drastically over the past decade. Athletes are starting younger and younger in training in one sport. That has caused many new issues, overall health being one of them. Nutrition is a huge aspect of the athletes performance. Feeding the machine is critical as these young athletes push themselves to higher achievements.
